Fabulous Friday 5.3.13

Three reasons that this Friday is Fabulous!

1. We are off to a wedding this weekend! The mister and I can't wait to see friends, have fun, and celebrate two of our faves getting hitched!

2. Over the Moon is officially up and running!  I am so excited to get rolling on our product development!

3. My little treats from Stella & Dot arrived today!  Yay!

If you will be in Birmingham this weekend, check out the Pop-Up Project in Avondale. I've heard there will be yoga, a Tragic City Rollers Expo, and an art-making station by Space One Eleven, all with in walking distance to some great bars.  Sounds pretty fun!

Spring Wedding

This weekend marks the beginning of wedding season, people!  Kitten (yes, I do call my husband Kitten, and yes, he loves it...sort of) and I are so excited to kick off our season at what will be a beautiful wedding with all of his college roommates in tow!  It's bound to be a blast!

The gift is given, the reservations have been made, but now the important question...what to wear?!?!  Here are some looks that I wish would magically appear in my closet...before tomorrow!

One big stripe

It's so simple, it's genius.  Leaving one big stripe around the top of a room to create the illusion of higher ceilings and larger moldings.  Now why didn't I think of that first?

All I need now is another room so I can try it out!

With the weather all heated up, it seems like all activities should be moved outdoors!  I have a serious hankering for a garden party.  But not a tea and crumpets and bring your favorite hat kind of party...a lawn games, twinkling sunset, rustic industrial kind of party!
